The Pink Panther tries his paws at building a motorcycle, but his mechanical creations generate havoc for the police. When the Pink Panther can’t get his motorcycle started, he makes some adjustments. It starts and runs backwards through a billboard and over a motorcycle cop who is hiding, hoping to catch a speeder. The Pink Panther’s motorcycle decides to go forward. As it does, the cop pulls up alongside to hand him a ticket and hits a tree head-on. The Pink Panther’s motorcycle goes over a cliff and into the water. It comes out chasing the Pink Panther, who demolishes it with a pole- he thinks. The little motor continues to put-put.
