Long long ago when the world was young, as the cartoon states at its opening, a hungry Pink Panther finds a bone. A caveman (Big Nose Man) seizes the meager bone, then loses it to a giant lizard, who loses it to a large dinosaur. The Panther fights with all three. Each finds the same meal, then proceeds to chase after the one who has this scarce delight. A man-eating plant is also hungry. It’s the crocodile who wins the food last.
